First of all, I want to welcome you to my website and thank you for using it as a tool to find your next dream home. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if I can help provide any information or help answer any questions you might have regarding real estate. Let me give you a little background history of myself so you know a little more about me. I was born in Long Beach, California, but I moved to Argentina when I was 5 years old and grew up there until I was 18. I started playing soccer right away and by the age of 16 had 3 professional teams offering me a contract to play for them. I decided to go back to the States and play college ball and try to make it in the Professional soccer leagues in USA. Unfortunately in my first year of college ball I tore up my left leg in an unfortunate play and my soccer career was instantly over.
While I was going to college I started working at the Inter-Continental Hotel in downtown Miami, Florida. What I thought would be a part time job for a few years turned out to be a career in the Hotel Industry for 11 years. Within a few months of working there I moved up to Supervisor and soon was Assistant Manager. The Inter-Continental Hotel was a 4 star hotel and we had every type of guest coming including Presidents, movie starts, professional athletes and music celebrities. I enjoyed meeting them and learned how to deal with people with all different types of temperments and attitudes.
In 2002 I received a call from my mother that my father had a massive stroke and that was the beginning of a lot of changes in my life including moving to Idaho and starting a whole new career. I moved to Idaho to help assist with my father’s care and to be close to him and enjoy time with him for the last years of his life. I always loved Real Estate but never got involved in it because I thought real estate agents were all like car sales people (no offense to the car sales people, ha-ha), very aggressive and I remember them being called “sharks”. As I was shopping for a home in Idaho I really enjoyed viewing houses and the whole process of buying a house. I had been offered a job as a hotel manager for the Grove Hotel in downtown Boise but I wanted a change where I could control my own hours to be able to make it to all my children and Church functions. I decided to go to Real Estate School and I received my real estate license on September 17, 2003. I researched and interviewed with several brokers from different companies but decided to go with REMAX because of what they had to offer. I remember seeing the REMAX balloon even when I was a little boy growing up in Argentina. It is a worldwide brand and it has been a great help and tool for my business.
My first whole season in real estate I sold 34 houses and was voted Rookie of the year by REMAX. My second year I sold 64 houses and was voted Realtor of the Year by REMAX. I have been nominated Top Producer for all 7 years in the business and I was inducted into the REMAX Hall Of Fame in 2010. I enjoy and love what I do for a living and there is nothing like the feeling of helping a first time home buyer realize there dream of owning there first home. I specialize in first time home buyers, investors and people relocating from other States. I would love to earn both your trust and friendship and help you in anyway possible. I have worked together with a webmaster for several months to create a website that would be easy and enjoyable to use and help anyone find that ideal house they are looking for or help someone find out how much their house might be worth these days so please feel free to come back to it as many times as possible. Have a wonderful day and God bless!
